对微生物采油机理、微生物采油区块筛选标准进行了初步的研究 .研究表明 :微生物采油是应用微生物的活动及其代谢产物进行强化采油的技术 .微生物在油藏中繁衍生长、代谢发酵及各种生物化学作用使原油裂解、体积膨胀和乳化等 ,从而降低原油粘度、改善其流度比、改变流动方向 ,达到提高原油采收率的目的 .给出了微生物采油区块筛选标准 .在华北油田现场试验情况分析表明 :微生物采油有效率达 76.7%,增产降水效果明显 ;并找出了微生物无效的原因与所选用的微生物的质量和活性等因素有关 ,所选用井的含水高等因素也有影响 .

The reason of the ineffectiveness of microorganisms is related to the quality and activity of the selected microorganisms, and the factors affecting the high water cut of selected wells are also affected.
