江苏省作为中国第二经济大省、第一制造业大省和科教资源大省,转型升级和技术创新走在全国前列,但江苏省产业结构调整相对滞后。文章选择2001—2015年江苏省产业结构与科技创新资源相关数据为研究样本,构建由产业结构熵数指数和产业结构高度值构成的子系统与由科技活动人员数、全社会研究与发展活动经费和专利申请授权量构成的子系统组成的复合系统协调度模型,对江苏省产业结构调整与科技创新资源配置协调发展进行实证研究,分析结果表明:江苏省产业结构调整与科技创新资源配置复合系统协调度除了2011年、2012年和2015年大于0.1以外,其余年份都处于0.1以下,两者之间相互促进作用不明显。
Jiangsu Province, as the second largest economy province in China, the first major manufacturing province and a province with a large share of science and education resources, ranks among the forefront of the country in terms of transformation and upgrading and technological innovation.
