The Fourth Plenary Session of the 15th Central Committee of the Party adopted the “Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Important Issues concerning the Reform and Development of State-owned Enterprises”, pointing out the direction for the development of state-owned enterprises. Enterprise archives work must proceed from the reality of the enterprise, seeking truth from facts, boldly exploring and bravely opening up. We must vigorously step up the utilization of archives so that the archives serve to establish and improve the layout of the state-owned economy and promote the strategic restructuring of enterprises.
