本文利用改变两个偏振片透射轴之间夹角精确计算出透射光强度变化的原理,设计加工了一个用三个偏振片的线性光源检测装置“3PX”。其测量精度为0.1%。可以用来测量光电转换器件的线性,检查标定任意膜厚控制系统的控制精度,检测光度测量仪器的测量精度,也可用来精确测量标准滤光片的透过率。
In this paper, the principle of changing the intensity of the transmitted light is precisely calculated by changing the angle between the transmission axes of the two polarizers. A linear light source detection device “3PX” with three polarizers is designed and processed. The measurement accuracy of 0.1%. It can be used to measure the linearity of photoelectric conversion devices, check and control the control precision of any film thickness control system, measure the measuring accuracy of photometric instruments, and also can accurately measure the transmittance of standard optical filters.
