目的研究中药足浴对妇科腹部手术患者术后的影响。方法取我院2014年5月~2015年11月妇科腹部手术患者82例进行分组研究。常规组手术后进行常规干预,足浴组在常规组基础上增加中药足浴。比较两组患者妇科腹部手术后腹胀发生率;术后肛门首次排气时间、排便时间、体温正常时间、抗生素使用时间;干预前和干预后患者生活质量水平、不良情绪状态的差异。结果足浴组跟常规组比较,妇科腹部手术后腹胀发生率更低,P<0.05;足浴组相较于常规组术后肛门首次排气时间、排便时间、体温正常时间、抗生素使用时间更短,P<0.05;干预前两组生活质量水平、不良情绪状态相似,P>0.05;干预后足浴组相较于常规组生活质量水平、不良情绪状态改善更显著,P<0.05。结论中药足浴对妇科腹部手术患者术后的影响大,可有效加速术后胃肠功能恢复,降低腹胀发生率,减轻患者不良情绪,缩短抗生素用药时间,提升患者生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath on postoperative gynecological abdominal surgery patients. Methods 82 cases of gynecologic abdominal surgery in our hospital from May 2014 to November 2015 were divided into groups. Conventional group after conventional intervention, foot bath group in the conventional group based on traditional Chinese medicine foot bath. The incidence of bloating after gynecological abdomen surgery was compared between the two groups. The time of the first defecation, defecation time, normal body temperature and time of antibiotic use in the anus were compared between the two groups. The differences in quality of life and adverse emotional state were observed before and after the intervention. Results Compared with the conventional group, the incidence of bloating after gynecological abdominal surgery was lower in the foot bath group than in the conventional group (P <0.05). Compared with the conventional group, the first discharge time, defecation time, normal body temperature and antibiotic use time were shorter in the foot bath group, P <0.05. Before the intervention, the quality of life of the two groups was similar, and the state of bad emotions was similar (P> 0.05). Compared with the conventional group, the quality of life improved significantly in the foot bath group after intervention, P <0.05. Conclusion Chinese herbal foot bath has great effect on postoperative gynecological abdominal surgery patients, which can effectively accelerate the recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function, reduce the incidence of abdominal distension, reduce the adverse emotions, shorten the time of antibiotic treatment, and improve the quality of life of patients.
