系统地研究了水玻璃模数、流速和磁场强度等诸因素对水玻璃砂粘结强度的影响,通过优化设计,确定了水玻璃磁化改性的最佳工艺参数。研究表明,磁化处理可提高水玻璃的粘结强度30%~40%,从而可相应减少型砂中水玻璃的加入量,改善水玻璃砂的溃散性。磁化处理可以在输送水玻璃的管道中进行。
The effects of various factors such as water glass modulus, flow rate and magnetic field strength on the bond strength of sodium silicate sand were systematically studied. The optimum process parameters for magnetization of water glass were determined through optimization design. The results show that magnetization can improve the bond strength of water glass by 30% ~ 40%, which can reduce the amount of water glass in the sand and reduce the collapsibility of water glass sand. Magnetization can be carried out in the pipe transporting water glass.
