通过对高炉炼铁的功能解析,以及流程集成与结构优化,论述了面向未来的低碳绿色高炉炼铁技术发展方向,指出高炉精料、炉料合理分布控制、高效长寿、高风温、富氧喷煤、煤气干法除尘等关键共性技术,仍是未来高炉低碳绿色发展的重要技术基础、技术支撑和技术保障。认为现代高炉炼铁要构建动态精准、高效运行的生产体系,以高效率、低成本、低排放为目标,提高生产效率、降低能源消耗、减少环境污染,实现高炉炼铁“高效、低耗、长寿、低碳、绿色”的协同发展目标,着力提高综合技术装备水平,大力发展循环经济,实现低碳绿色制造。
