研究了Fe元素对ZL114A合金疲劳行为的影响,测试了Fe含量为0.07%和0.5%时合金的疲劳极限,观察了合金在两种Fe含量下的疲劳断口。结果表明,Fe含量为0.5%时的疲劳极限比0.07%时降低了15%;Fe含量为0.07%时,在较高轴向应力作用下,金属疲劳断口形貌呈现较多解理面,而在低轴向应力作用下合金断口具有典型裂纹萌生、裂纹扩展以及韧窝特征;Fe含量为0.5%时,无论在高轴向应力作用下还是在低轴向应力作用下,合金疲劳断口都呈现较多解理面。
The effect of Fe on the fatigue behavior of ZL114A alloy was studied. The fatigue limit of the alloy was tested at 0.07% Fe and 0.5% Fe, and the fatigue fracture of the alloy was observed under the two Fe contents. The results show that when the content of Fe is 0.5%, the fatigue limit is reduced by 15% when the content of Fe is 0.07%, and the surface of the metal fatigue fracture shows more cleavage planes under the condition of higher axial stress. Under the condition of low axial stress, the fracture of the alloy has typical crack initiation, crack propagation and dimple characteristics. When the Fe content is 0.5%, the fatigue fracture of the alloy is presented both under high axial stress and under low axial stress More clever surface.
