企业生存的关键是要有良好的效益,员工发展的关键是要有突出的业绩,人力资源管理的核心问题是管理业绩。对于新疆乃至中国的企业来说,如何找到能鉴别员工的能力,激励员工的潜力,发挥员工的聪明才智,代表先进管理理念的业绩管理技术,是企业人力资源管理所面临的最大挑战,而绩效考核正是提高企业管理水平、激励优秀员工的有力法宝和基本工具。绩效考核是企业人力资源管理的重要内容,更是企业管理强有力的手段之一。本文结合了新疆企业的现状,以企业员工绩效考核为主,对新疆企业员工绩效考核进行了分析,并提出了提升新疆企业绩效考核的对策分析。
