采用60Coγ射线对小鼠一次性大剂量全身照射,观察复合菌对小鼠的辐射保护作用。结果表明,复合菌高剂量组小鼠30天存活率提高30%;照射后第1、3、6、8天外周血白细胞计数复合菌剂量组比照射对照组明显回升。
The mice were exposed to 60Co γ-rays for one-time high-dose whole-body irradiation to observe the radiation protective effects of the composite bacteria on mice. The results showed that the 30 days survival rate of high-dose group of mice increased by 30%; on the 1st, 3rd, 6th and 8th days, the peripheral blood leucocyte count of composite bacteria dose group increased significantly compared with the irradiation control group.
