本文研究了GdCo_5-xMx赝二元化合物(M=Cu,Al,Ga)的结构,发现均匀化处理后GdCo_5-xCux系直到x=4都是CaCu_5型固溶体。在相同的处理条件下,GdCo_5-xAlx和GdCo_5-xGax两系x≤1时,才得到(1∶5)单相。测定了GdCo_5-xMx化合物点阵常数随Cu,Al,Ga诸元素浓度的变化。较仔细地研究了GdCo_5-xCux系,认为在x<2的化合物中Cu原子可能优先占据CaCu_5晶格中钴原子的2C位置。
In this paper, the structure of GdCo_5-xMx pseudobinary compounds (M = Cu, Al, Ga) was investigated. It was found that the homogenized GdCo_5-xCux was CaCu_5 solid solution up to x = 4. Under the same processing conditions, a single phase of (1: 5) was obtained when two series of GdCo_5-xAlx and GdCo_5-xGax were x≤1. The lattice constants of GdCo_5-xMx compounds were determined with the concentrations of Cu, Al and Ga. The GdCo_5-xCux system has been studied more carefully and it is believed that the Cu atom may preferentially occupy the 2C site of the cobalt atom in the CaCu_5 lattice in compounds of x <2.
