本文报告我院1978～1996年住院的新发初治菌阳肺结核病人1762例的起始耐药及耐多药发生趋势。起始耐药率由1978～1980年的26.1%下降至1995～1996年的14.2%;H 和 S 的耐药率分别由1978～1980年的13.7%和19.0%下降至1995～1996年的8.5%和14.2%,R 的耐药率1978～1980年为0.7%,1995～1996年上升至3.8%,耐二药和耐三药的耐药率1978～1980年分别为4.6%和3.9%,1995～1996年分别为6.6%和3.8%。
This article reports the initial drug resistance and multidrug-resistant trends of 1,762 newly diagnosed tuberculosis patients admitted to our hospital from 1978 to 1996 in our hospital. The initial resistance rate decreased from 26.1% in 1978 ~ 1980 to 14.2% in 1995 ~ 1996. The resistance rates of H and S decreased from 13.7% and 19.0% in 1978 ~ 1980 to 8.5% in 1995 ~ 1996 % And 14.2% respectively. The resistance rate of R increased from 0.7% in 1978 to 1980 to 3.8% in 1995-1996. The resistance rates of resistant and triple-drug resistant strains were 4.6% and 3.9% respectively from 1978 to 1980, From 1995 to 1996, they were 6.6% and 3.8% respectively.
