在遭遇特大洪水情况下,为了保证主坝安全,一般采用增建非常溢洪道渲泄特大洪水的措施。当前,我省一些大、中型水库非常溢洪措施采用了引冲槽式自溃坝,即在非常溢洪道上筑一斜墙砂壳低坝,平时挡水,当洪水超过某一限定水位时,自动溃决泄洪。自溃坝水工模型试验目前在模型缩尺与填筑材料、质量控制的相似律上还缺少理论依据,为弥补这个缺点,需进行大比尺模型试验。
