一、前言植物干物质的90%以上是由叶子通过光合作用制造的。叶面积与作物的产量、品质有密切的关系。因此,叶面积测量是农业科学工作者、植物生理学工作者共同关心的重要问题。叶面积测量方法很多、常用的方法有:求积仪法、称重法、光电仪法、方格法和公式法等,这些方法多数要摘下叶片、需要贵重的仪器、速度较慢、而用公式法工具最为简单、不摘下叶片、效率高、较精确、叶面积的一般公式是:
