两种植物内生真菌Coprinus micaccus和Alteranaria sp.的醇提取物可促进水稻根系发达,增加水稻产量,为了明确4种提取物对水稻全基因表达谱的影响,采用Affymetrix水稻芯片对水稻根系基因表达谱进行了分析,得到表达量同时发生变化的基因244个,其中109个基因上调表达,135个下调表达。基因按功能分为3大类,其中生物过程类归类为18个功能类别,多数差异基因与能量代谢、物质运输、生物合成及植物防御反应、信号转导、转录调节、蛋白质修饰等过程有关。引起11条代谢途径发生变化,使其向着更有利于植物生长发育的方向进行。

Alcohol extract can promote rice root development, increase rice yield, in order to clarify the four kinds of extracts on rice genome-wide expression profile, using Affymetrix rice on rice root gene expression The results showed that there were 244 genes whose expression varied at the same time, of which 109 genes were up-regulated and 135 down-regulated. Genes are divided into three categories by function, of which the biological processes are classified into 18 functional categories, most of which are related to energy metabolism, material transport, biosynthesis and plant defense response, signal transduction, transcriptional regulation, protein modification and the like . Causing 11 metabolic changes, making it more conducive to the direction of plant growth and development.
