“国家基础科学人才培养基金”是根据苏步青、朱光亚等11位科学家的建议,经江泽民主席批示、国务院批准设立的,现已列为国家自然科学基金中的一个专项基金,由国家自然科学基金委员会负责管理。此项基金的组织实施,要充分发挥基金制管理的优越性,贯彻“依靠专家、发扬民主、择优支持、公正合理”的原则。
According to the suggestions of 11 scientists such as Su Buqing and Zhu Guangya, approved by President Jiang Zemin and approved by the State Council, the “National Basic Science Talent Cultivation Fund” is now listed as a special fund of the National Natural Science Foundation of China by the National Natural Science Foundation of China Responsible for management.
