马某，女、28岁，患者因疑有慢性胆囊疾病准备作胆囊造影，于1980年6月10日晚6时起未遵医嘱在4小时内服碘番酸6片。服完后1小时出现发冷，全身紧缩感，胸闷气急，出冷汗，口渴，并在面部出现少许皮疹。饮糖水后，症状稍有好转，未求医。次日发现肢体有出血点；瘀斑，并迅速增多，扩大。第3日出现肉眼血尿和黑便而收住院。既往无肝病、过敏性疾病及出血史，月经量正常。

The third day of gross hematuria and melena admission hospital. Past no liver disease, allergic diseases and history of bleeding, normal menstruation.
