第二十次中国—东盟高官磋商暨第七次落实《南海各方行为宣言》高官会4月21日至22日在泰国帕塔亚间举行。与会高官就中国—东盟关系、东亚合作及共同关心的国际和地区问题交换意见,重点讨论了中国与东盟在经济贸易、基础设施建设、海上合作、文化交流等众多领域的务实合作,并在落实《南海各方行为宣言》框架下就推进南海务实合作及“南海行为准则”磋商进行了深入的沟通。会议同意继续深化中国与东盟战略伙伴关系,继续推动中国与东盟互联互通以及提高东盟内部互联互通,继续致力于2020年双边贸易达到1万亿美元的目标,打造中国—东盟自贸区升级版。
Twentieth China-ASEAN Senior Officials Consultation and the Seventh Implementation Conference on the Declaration of Conduct of Parties in the South China Sea will be held April 21 to April 22 in Pattaya, Thailand. The participating officials exchanged views on China-ASEAN relations, East Asian cooperation and other international and regional issues of common concern, with emphasis on pragmatic cooperation between China and ASEAN in various fields such as economy and trade, infrastructure construction, maritime cooperation and cultural exchanges Under the framework of the Declaration on the Conduct of Parties in the South China Sea, the two sides conducted in-depth communication on pragmatic cooperation in the South China Sea and the “Code of Conduct for the South China Sea”. The meeting agreed to continue deepening the strategic partnership between China and ASEAN, continue to promote the interconnection between China and ASEAN, enhance the interconnection and inter-ASEAN cooperation and continue to devote one trillion U.S. dollars in bilateral trade by 2020, so as to create an upgraded version of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area.
