本文以水电煤气上市公司为例,分析行业经营者控制权对企业绩效的影响,以应用线性回归理论,对行业经理层存在滥用经营者控制权的问题,提出了加强董事会的独立性和监督。为提高经营者的货币性收益和加大信息披露力度,弱化经营者过度追求控制权收益的动机等措施;为完善对国有垄断行业的公司治理和提高企业业绩有一定的借鉴作用。 Taking the listed companies of hydropower and gas as an example, this paper analyzes the influence of the controlling power of the industry managers on the performance of the enterprise, and applies the linear regression theory to the problem that the manager of the industry misuses the controlling power of the managers and proposes to strengthen the independence and supervision of the board of directors. In order to improve the monetary benefits of the operators and increase the information disclosure, and to weaken the motivation of the operators in over-pursuing the benefits of control, it is necessary to have some reference to improve corporate governance and improve the performance of the state-owned monopoly industries.
