福建师范大学高分子实验厂最近研制成功一种多功能助剂——乙撑双硬脂酰胺,并已批量投产.该产品具有多种功能,用途广泛.(1)用作塑料加工、金属加工、铸造业的润滑剂.(2)塑料石蜡、粘接剂的防粘剂。可防止结块,改善脱模性.(3)用作涂料,沥青等的粘度调节剂.(4)用作橡胶制品、涂料的表面增光剂.(5)电器元件等的防腐剂.该产品外形为硬脆的高熔点蜡,在室温下不溶于一般溶剂,高温下可溶于混合二甲苯、萜烯等高沸点溶剂.主要技术指标:熔点140～144℃,闪点285℃,相对密度0.98.
