本文提出了用巯基棉富集催化极谱法测定钯的方法。在氢氧化钠(0.17N)介质中,钯一联苯甲酰二肟络合物能产生一个催化波,在JP-1A型单扫描示波极谱仪上峰电位约为-0.84伏(对Ag-Hg电极)。利用此催化波可测5 × 10-3-9.4 × 10-6M的钯, 计算得最低检出限为2×10-8M。这种用巯基棉富集钯的方法,具有选择性好,简便,快速,易掌握等优点,能成功地应用于矿样和镍阳极泥中微量钯的测定。
In this paper, a method for the determination of palladium by catalytic polarography with thiol cotton enrichment has been proposed. In the sodium hydroxide (0.17N) medium, the palladium-bisbenzoyldioxime complex can generate a catalytic wave with a peak potential of about -0.84 volts on the JP-1A single sweep oscilloscope (pair Ag-Hg electrode). Using this catalytic wave can measure 5 × 10-3-9.4 × 10-6M of palladium, the calculated minimum detection limit of 2 × 10-8M. The method of enriching palladium with thiol cotton has the advantages of good selectivity, simplicity, quickness and easy control, and can be successfully applied to the determination of trace palladium in ore samples and nickel anode slime.
