福生氏根据镁有扩张血管作用,通过研究明确了镁能有效地改善脑循环。本文研究镁对末梢循环的影响。对象是有手脚麻木、冷感等末梢循环不全症状患者13例(男11、女2.平均年龄58.9岁),用红外线温度记录仪在室温24~28℃、湿度40~60%、无风状态下测定皮肤温度变化。以10%硫酸镁20ml 溶于100ml生理盐水后用30分钟静脉点滴。测定部位是下肢、手背、上肢的三个部位。以PGE_1(前列腺素E_1)20μg,生理盐水为对照比较其结果。
