高温矿井中矿井通风阻力包括摩擦阻力和热阻力。在考虑湿、热源影响的情况下,井下风流密度应视为变量,通过对巷道平均密度的推导得出了以压力损失表示的巷道摩擦阻力的修正公式;引入热阻力的概念,以一维可压缩稳定流为基础,建立流体的连续性方程、动量方程、能量方程,推导得出流体在粘性阻力和重力同时存在的情况下热阻力的表达式,给出了热阻力系数的计算公式。通过对某矿山运输巷道的实测参数的分析,进一步证实了井下热源对巷道通风阻力的影响已不容忽视。
Mine ventilation resistance in high temperature mines includes frictional resistance and thermal resistance. Considering the influence of wet and heat sources, the downhole airflow density should be regarded as a variable. Through the derivation of the average laneway density, the formula for correcting the roadway frictional resistance expressed by the pressure loss is derived. The concept of thermal resistance is introduced, Based on the steady flow, the continuity equation, the momentum equation and the energy equation of the fluid are established. The expression of the thermal resistance under the condition that the viscous resistance and the gravity exist simultaneously is deduced. The calculation formula of the thermal resistance coefficient is given. Through the analysis of the measured parameters of a mine roadway, it further confirms that the influence of downhole heat source on the roadway ventilation resistance can not be neglected.
