FBI的犯罪心理画像研究早期以36名系列罪犯案件的犯罪人为研究对象,利用访谈法和资料分析法提出了一系列有价值的观点,同时在实际应用上也有很大成就。但有很多学者针对其研究方法、犯罪现场分类的“二分法”、心理画像理论模型提出了不同的看法。文章认为,FBI的犯罪心理画像既不是万能的神话,也不是一无是处的谬论,需要一分为二的对待。
In the early period, the study of FBI’s criminal psychology portraits was made on the basis of 36 series of criminals. Using the interview and data analysis methods, a series of valuable ideas were put forward. At the same time, great achievements were also made in practical application. However, many scholars put forward different opinions on the research methods, the “dichotomy” and psycho-theoretical model of crime scene classification. The article argues that the FBI’s criminal psychological portrayal is neither a myth of omnipotent nor an absurd fallacy, and requires a halved treatment.
