选取国内外共13个品种的苜蓿为试材,研究了不同品种苜蓿对土壤脲酶活性和土壤氮素的影响。结果表明:与国内品种相比,国外根际土壤脲酶活性普遍较高,平均值为49.52mg/100g,国内品种脲酶活性平均值为45.36mg/100g;国外品种土壤碱解氮含量普遍较高,平均值为188.07mg/kg,国内苜蓿品种土壤碱解氮含量平均值为174.30mg/kg;不同品种苜蓿土壤脲酶活性与土壤碱解氮含量呈显著正相关(P<0.01),因此可以在一定程度上用土壤脲酶活性来表示土壤氮素肥力的高低。
A total of 13 domestic and international alfalfa varieties were selected as test materials to study the effects of different alfalfa varieties on soil urease activity and soil nitrogen. The results showed that compared with the domestic varieties, the soil urease activity in rhizosphere soil was generally high, with an average value of 49.52mg / 100g and the average urease activity of domestic cultivars was 45.36mg / 100g. The contents of alkaline soil nitrogen were generally higher in foreign cultivars, The average value of soil alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen was 174.30mg / kg. The urease activity of different alfalfa cultivars was significantly and positively correlated with soil alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen (P <0.01) Soil urease activity is used to indicate soil nitrogen fertility.
