堆场是集装箱码头的重要组成部分,几乎所有的港口作业都与其密切关联,因此提高堆场作业效率是港口工作的重点。文中针对进口集装箱的装卸作业,提出避免装卸设备交通拥堵的高低作业量平衡堆存策略,并建立了数学模型。模型中不仅考虑了相邻箱区之间作业量的平衡,同时也考虑了不同装卸作业路上的并行堆存,从而实现了岸边集装箱船中卸下的集装箱在堆场堆存空间的实时配置。模型的计算结果,可有效实现不同装卸作业路的集装箱错开堆放,也避免了集卡和场桥的交通拥堵状况,大大提高码头的装卸效率。
The yard is an important part of the container terminal. Almost all port operations are closely related to it. Therefore, improving the yard efficiency is the key point of the port work. Aiming at the loading and unloading operations of imported containers, this paper proposes a balanced stockpiling strategy to avoid traffic jam of loading and unloading equipment, and establishes a mathematical model. The model not only considers the balance of work load between adjacent boxes, but also takes into account the parallel storage on different loading and unloading operations, so as to realize the real-time configuration of the unloaded containers in the shore container ship at the yard storage space . The calculation results of the model can effectively realize the staggering and stacking of containers with different loading and unloading routes, and also avoid the traffic jam of the truck and the field bridge, and greatly improve the loading and unloading efficiency of the dock.
