一、人民币汇率变化模式的内在要求我国从2005年开始人民币汇率机制改革,改革的总体目标是,建立健全以市场供求为基础的、有管理的浮动汇率体制,保持人民币汇率在合理、均衡水平上的基本稳定。人民币汇率改革要坚持的原则是主动性、可控性和渐进性。主动性,就是主要根据我国自身改革和发展的需要,决定汇率改革的方式、内容和时机。
I. The Internal Requirements of the Pattern of RMB Exchange Rate Changes The reform of the RMB exchange rate system started in 2005. The overall objective of the reform is to establish and improve a managed floating exchange rate system based on market supply and demand so as to maintain the exchange rate of RMB at a reasonable and balanced level The basic stability. The principle that the RMB exchange rate reform must adhere to is initiative, controllability and gradualness. Initiative is to determine the mode, content and timing of the exchange rate reform mainly based on the needs of China’s own reform and development.
