目的:探讨成年BALB/c鼠胸腺内血管活性肠肽(VIP)、P物质(SP)、5羟色胺(5HT)、生长抑素(SOM)以及神经肽Y(NPY)免疫反应性的分布及与T细胞发育的关系。方法:利用免疫组织化学方法在组织原位显示胸腺内的神经肽。结果:各神经肽的免疫反应性主要位于髓质,均可见到阳性神经纤维,并与胸腺细胞密切接触。除SP外,其它神经肽在皮、髓质交界区的血管平滑肌上均有表达。这些神经肽也都与肥大细胞密切相关。结论:VIP、SP、5HT、SOM及NPY可能参与成熟T细胞的功能调节。VIP、5HT、SOM、NPY可能有控制T细胞迁移的功能。
Objective: To investigate the immunoreactivity of vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP), substance P (SP), serotonin 5HT, somatostatin (SOM) and neuropeptide Y (NPY) in adult BALB / c mice Distribution and T cell development. Methods: The neuropeptides in the thymus were displayed in situ by immunohistochemistry. Results: The immunoreactivity of each neuropeptide mainly located in the medulla, both positive nerve fibers were observed and were in close contact with thymocytes. In addition to SP, other neuropeptides in the skin, medulla junction of vascular smooth muscle expression. These neuropeptides are also closely related to mast cells. Conclusion: VIP, SP, 5HT, SOM and NPY may participate in the functional regulation of mature T cells. VIP, 5 HT, SOM, NPY may have the function of controlling T cell migration.
