自从上海第三机床厂创造了双珩轮珩磨外圆经验后,部分工厂已先后推广采用,并在此基础上设计应用了双珩轮珩磨内孔的方法,通过生产验证,已取得了良好效果。本刊本期着重介绍了洛阳轴承厂、武昌造船厂以及中捷友谊厂珩磨内孔的几种经验。为了使广大读者对双珩轮外圆珩磨方法有所了解,我们将上海第三机床厂所创造的双珩轮珩磨外圆的方法概括地介绍一下,(详细情况可参看《上海机械》1965年第9期)。双珩轮珩磨外圆是一项超精加工新工艺。这种方法比较简单,工作时先把工件1安装在两顶尖之间(见附图),并使工件按n_1转动。两个相反方向安装的砂翰2,在可调节弹簧的作用下,与工件紧密接触,通过摩擦力被工件带动,以转速n_砂而自转。此外,砂轮由其他部分的傅动,按S方向作纵向往复进给运动。这样,n_1、n_砂与s就综合成超精加工的切削运动。工件经过珩磨后,表面光洁度能提高2~4极,一般可稳定达到▽▽▽▽12。所谓双珩轮珩磨,简单地说就是如此。
Since Shanghai No.3 Machine Tool Plant has created a double-honing honing experience, some factories have promoted the use of double-honing honing machines. Based on this, we have designed and implemented a double-honing wheel honing method and have achieved good results through production verification .
