红血病和红白血病均属白血病范畴,1959年以来,国内屡有报导,但以成人病例为多,儿童病例较少。我院儿科自1967～1980年共收治急性白血病342例,其中红白血病13例,占同期急性白血病的3.8%,现报导如下。临床资料一、性别与年龄:男性7例,女性6例,年龄最小者9个月,最大者11岁,其中9月至3岁者6例,8至11岁者7例,以婴幼儿和年长儿多见。二、发病情况:多数发病较急,根据病史于3个月以内就诊者6例,4～6月者4例,7～12月者
