民办高校校企合作共建实验室存在的主要问题有政策导向有失公平,企业需求与院校教学安排不同步、资源付出不对等,后续服务问题多等,解决的对策一是政府转变观念,加强校企合作中对民办院校的指导和扶持;二是参照市场规律,制定完善的校企合作管理机制;三是民办高校应加强内涵建设,提高教学质量,尽早形成优势科研实力。
The main problems in the cooperation of private colleges and universities in the construction of laboratories are the unfairness of policy orientation, the lack of synchronization between enterprise needs and institutional teaching arrangements, and the unequal distribution of resources. There are many follow-up service problems. The first solution is to change the concept of the government. Strengthen the guidance and support of private colleges and universities in school-enterprise cooperation; Second, refer to the laws of the market and formulate a perfect school-enterprise cooperation management mechanism; Third, private colleges and universities should strengthen the connotation construction, improve the quality of teaching, and form an advantageous scientific research strength as soon as possible.
