日本人在日常生活中处处反映出其亲近自然、享受自然的气息,日本是一个对四季非常敏感的民族,这不仅反映在丰富的表现自然现象的日语词汇中,而且在与四季变化相关的日本饮食文化中也深有体现。在清淡精致的日式料理中从料理的名称、料理的食材及其加工方式到料理的“色”“形”都充分反映出浓厚的自然观。而这种自然观形成的原因缘于日本气候、地理及传统文化等各个方面。本文通过分析日本料理中所体现出的自然观进一步探讨其特征及形成的原因,对日本的文化进行分析,挖掘其中更深层次的文化内涵。

In this paper, we analyze the characteristics of Japanese nature and its causes by analyzing the concept of nature embodied in Japanese cuisine, analyze the Japanese culture and explore the deeper cultural connotation.
