作为我校国家级课题《班主任专业化》子课题组的负责人我有幸去深圳、大连参加了课题专项培训,聆听了任小艾、李镇西等专家的讲座,获益匪浅。同时,我也感受到,德育这个教育环节中的重中之重,不仅仅是班主任的职责,更是我们每位教师的责任。在平常的教学中,我发现学生的德育思想工作往往由担任班主任的教师做得比较扎实,而不做班主任的任课教师只关注学科教学,一味地强化学生知识技能,单一地进行知识灌输、强化解题
