企业技术创新采纳行为是指企业在激烈的竞争环境下,结合自身组织条件,寻找创新机会、获得创新信息和技术、决策创新行为的持续过程。在企业技术创新采纳行为中,由于企业行为、群体行为、个体行为在环境、资源、能力等不确定性和风险性的影响下,常常表现为创新目标选择和创新采纳行为的冲突和矛盾,因此从创新采纳本身来说,有效地利用组织柔性理论来化解或调适创新采纳行为中的目标多重性、行为分散性等问题就是一个值得深入探讨的问题。
Enterprise technology innovation adoption behavior refers to the enterprises in a fierce competitive environment, combined with their own organizational conditions, looking for opportunities for innovation, access to innovative information and technology, decision-making continuous innovation behavior. In the adoption of technological innovation in enterprises, corporate behavior, group behavior and individual behavior often appear as the conflicts and contradictions of innovation target selection and innovation adoption behavior under the influence of uncertainties and risks such as environment, resources and capabilities. From the point of view of innovation adoption, it is worth discussing effectively to use organizational flexibility theory to solve or adjust the multiplicity of objectives and dispersion of behavior in innovative adoption behavior.
