采用等离子喷涂技术在45钢基体表面上制备了4种不同MoS2含量(0%,3%,6%,9%)的AT13/MoS2复合涂层,研究了不同MoS2含量的AT13/MoS2复合涂层的磨损表面形貌和涂层的摩擦学性能。结果表明,随着MoS2含量的增加,复合涂层的摩擦因数逐渐降低,但当MoS2含量为6%时,复合涂层的体积磨损量最低,涂层的综合性能最好;AT13涂层的磨损机理主要是磨粒磨损,随着MoS2含量的增加,复合涂层的磨损机理由疲劳磨损和摩擦磨损向磨粒磨损转变。
Four kinds of AT13 / MoS2 composite coatings with different content of MoS2 (0%, 3%, 6%, 9%) were prepared on the surface of 45 steel by plasma spray technique. The results show that with the increase of MoS2 content, the friction coefficient of the composite coating decreases gradually, but when the content of MoS2 is 6%, the wear volume of the composite coating is the lowest, and the comprehensive performance of the coating is the best. The main mechanism is abrasive wear. With the increase of MoS2 content, the wear mechanism of the composite coating changes from fatigue wear to abrasive wear.
