教育工作是一项复杂而系统的工程,影响教师教学质量的因素是多方面的、复杂的,对教师的教学评价应谨慎。采用文献法、逻辑分析法对我国学校体育教师教学质量评价中存在的问题进行了剖析,认为现阶段对体育教师教学评价的价值导向不明确;评价指标的有效性、评价方式的可靠性值得思考。提出建立在提高教师责任感、优化教学环境的背景下,给予教师教学中更多自由权的体育教师教学评价理念。
Education is a complex and systematic project. The factors that affect the quality of teachers’ teaching are multifaceted and complex. The teaching evaluation of teachers should be cautious. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the evaluation of PE teachers’educational quality in our country by means of literature and logic analysis, and considers that the value orientation of physical education teachers’ teaching evaluation is not clear at this stage. The validity of evaluation indexes and the reliability of evaluation methods are worth considering . It puts forward the idea of teaching evaluation which is given more freedom to teachers in the background of improving teachers’ sense of responsibility and optimizing teaching environment.
