The extent to which Asian women are involved in the management falls behind the development of economy. The economic development in Asia is very prominent in today’s world. As a result of economic development and industrialization and modernization in Asia, which brought changes in people’s concept and quality of population, It is women’s entry into the labor market in large numbers and an indispensable new force in the economic development of all countries. However, the degree of Asian women’s participation in management has not been able to develop simultaneously.
