目的分析牙膏中薄荷醇含量对口腔清洁效果的影响。方法以15种市售的代表性牙膏为样品,采用气相色谱-质谱分析法测定样品中的薄荷醇含量,并采用5点标度法使用筛选、培训后建立的专业清洁效果评价小组感官评价样品的口腔清洁效果,通过聚类分析牙膏样品的薄荷醇含量与清洁效果的关系。结果气相色谱测定出牙膏中的薄荷醇添加量通常在8.79~29.20 g/L之间,专业小组评价结果显示被试样品的清洁效果在0.90~3.78之间。结论牙膏中添加一定浓度的薄荷醇(8.79~29.20 g/L)可以达到较好的清洁效果(评分值≥3.00),而薄荷醇浓度过高(≥62.58 g/L)或过低(≤4.27 g/L)均会降低牙膏的清洁效果(评分值≤2.30)。
Objective To analyze the effect of menthol in toothpaste on oral cleaning. Methods Fifteen representative commercially available toothpastes were used as samples. The content of menthol in the samples was determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and the samples were screened by 5-point scale. After the training, the sensory evaluation samples of professional cleaning effect evaluation group The oral cleaning effect was analyzed by cluster analysis of the relationship between the content of menthol and the cleaning effect of toothpaste samples. Results The content of menthol in toothpaste was determined by gas chromatography, which was usually between 8.79 and 29.20 g / L. The evaluation result of the professional group showed that the cleaning effect of the sample was between 0.90 and 3.78. Conclusions A good cleaning effect (score≥3.00) can be achieved by adding a certain concentration of menthol (8.79 ~ 29.20 g / L) to toothpaste, while the concentration of menthol is too high (≥62.58 g / L) or too low (≤4.27 g / L) will reduce the cleaning effect of toothpaste (score≤2.30).
