我们知道新课改的课堂教学中要发挥学生的主体性,让他们自主、合作、探究,我们教师则需充分调动学生的思维,让学生动脑、动嘴、动手,实现动态教学,而将分层次教学法与小组合作的优化组合运用于我们农村初中英语课堂教学中,为学生提供了可选择的学习内容、多样化的课堂任务和不同的目标达成方式,更能适应学生多元化的学习需求和多样化的学习风格,有利于对学生积极性的调动及学习兴趣的激发,从而为进一步的学习夯实基础。
We know that in the classroom teaching of the new curriculum reform we should give full play to the students ’subjectivity so that they can autonomously cooperate with each other and probe into them. Our teachers need to fully mobilize the students’ thinking so that students can use their brains, move their mouths and hands to achieve dynamic teaching, The optimal combination of pedagogy and group cooperation is applied to English classroom teaching in our junior middle school in rural areas, providing students with alternative learning content, diversified classroom tasks and different ways to achieve goals, and can better meet the diverse learning needs of students and Diversified learning styles are conducive to the mobilization of students’ enthusiasm and the excitement of their learning interests so as to lay a solid foundation for further study.
