八十年代初,我厂为国外一些海运公司建造了若干艘三万吨级货船。在建造这些船舶过程中,选用了许多新工艺及新技术,其中船舶主机轴系上的拂螺栓安装,就是应用低温冷冻技术成功地完成的。(拂螺栓即紧固螺栓,参见GB27-76——笔者注) 低温冷冻技术就是根据材料的热胀冷缩的物理性质,对物件进行冷却处理。首先将拂螺栓存放在一只保温箱内,然后灌注99.5%无水乙醇(C_2H_5OH),再将干冰(CO_2)分批倒入保温箱内,同时将其搅匀成糊状,关闭箱体。保温一段时间,观察温度,特别要注意温度及冷冻时间的控制,防止假性收
