目的研究双歧杆菌完整肽聚糖(WPG)对小鼠肝癌细胞株H22的影响。方法采用MTT法检测双歧杆菌WPG对肝癌细胞株H22、人肝脏上皮细胞株的杀伤作用;观察WPG对荷瘤小鼠生存期的影响、抑瘤率及淋巴细胞转化率;对WPG作用后的肝癌细胞株H22进行形态学观察。结果双歧杆菌WPG在体外对肝癌细胞株H22具有显著的选择性杀伤作用;小鼠体内注射WPG明显抑制小鼠肝癌H22细胞的生长,提高淋巴细胞转化率;WPG作用后的H22细胞在透射电镜下凋亡现象明显。结论双歧杆菌的WPG对肝癌细胞株H22具有抑制作用。
Objective To study the effect of WPG (whole-body peptidoglycan (Bifidobacterium) Bifidobacterium on mouse hepatoma cell line H22. Methods MTT assay was used to detect the killing effect of WPG on H22 cell line and human liver epithelial cell line. The effects of WPG on the survival of tumor-bearing mice, the tumor inhibition rate and lymphocyte transformation rate were observed. H22 cell line H22 morphological observation. Results The WPG of Bifidobacterium had a selective and selective killing effect on H22 cell line in vitro. WPG injection in mice significantly inhibited the growth of H22 cells and increased the rate of lymphocyte transformation. H22 cells treated with WPG were characterized by transmission electron microscopy The phenomenon of apoptosis is obvious. Conclusion WPG of Bifidobacterium has an inhibitory effect on H22 cell line H22.
