笔者的《学生自信心培养的有效策略》(《班主任之友》小学版2016年第4期)一文发表后,班刊读者群以及熟悉的老师交流时提到了实际操作的困难,总感觉刻意为之的激励,效果不明显。我认为,专门的激励虽然对学生影响大,不过就像吃大餐,总是不习惯也不经常。在常规活动中融入激励因素,则像吃平常饭,每天都需要且很自然。近期,笔者应邀为临沂光耀实验学校20名教师成长团队(多数是班主任)的指导教师,我将自信心培养流程作
