目的应用实时剪切波弹性成像技术探讨慢性期不同节段下肢深静脉血栓硬度的区别。方法入选32例慢性期DVT患者作为研究对象,含深静脉血管的节段总数为53段。采用SWE技术进行股总静脉、腘静脉及肌间静脉血栓的分段弹性测量,取值包括最小值(Min)、平均值(Mean)、最大值(Max)。结果肌间静脉与股总静脉血栓组间,及肌间静脉与腘静脉血栓组间Min值比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。肌间静脉与腘静脉间血栓杨氏模量Mean值比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论慢性期肌间静脉血栓SWE测值不稳定,建议在对DVT的SWE研究过程中,将肌间静脉血栓单独进行分组研究。
Objective To explore the difference of deep venous thrombosis in different segments of chronic phase by real-time shear wave elastography. Methods Thirty-two patients with chronic DVT were enrolled in this study. The total number of deep venous vascular segments was 53. The SWE technique was used to measure the segmental elasticity of common femoral vein, popliteal vein and intramuscular venous thrombus. The values included Min, Mean and Max. Results There were significant differences in Min between intermuscular vein and femoral vein thrombosis group, and between intermuscular vein and popliteal vein thrombosis group (P <0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in Mean of Young’s modulus of inter-venous thrombus and inter-venous thrombus (P <0.05). Conclusion SWE measurements of chronic myenteric venous thrombosis are unstable. It is suggested that intramuscular venous thrombosis should be grouped separately in SWE study of DVT.
