公司治理是现代企业的热点话题,完善我国的公司治理结构是企业最重要的任务,而激励问题是公司治理中的最核心内容。本文运用博弈论的方法,从企业内部激励机制与诚信制约着手探索,与此同时提出了与企业治理合理化有关的对策。 Corporate governance is a hot topic of modern enterprises. To perfect our country’s corporate governance structure is the most important task of an enterprise. Incentive issues are the core contents of corporate governance. This paper uses the game theory method to start from the internal incentive mechanism and honesty constraints to explore, at the same time put forward the countermeasures to rationalize the corporate governance.
