中小企业是福建省技术创新的重要支拄。根据福建省中企业经济的发展状况和态势,必须采取一系列行之有效的技术创新的政策措施。主要有:加强立法,规范和鼓励中小企业技术创新;建立专门机构,加强中小企业技术创新的宏观管理和指导;综合运用财政、税收、金融等经济手段,扶持中小企业技术创新;实施科技支持计划,促进中小企业技术创新;建立社会化服务体系,为中小企业技术创新提供全方位服务。福建省经济是以中小企业经济占绝大成分的省,促进福建省中小企业技术创新、增强中小企业竞争力,促进中小企业产业结构升级,保证福建省中小企业经济科学发展是大有裨益的。
