套管式高压器广泛应用于合成氨生产中,仅我厂合成车间就有套管式高压水冷器23台,它们在生产中起着重要的作用。由于我厂水质差,经常出现水冷器高低压管路结垢和腐蚀问题,当结垢达到一定厚度或将外套管腐蚀泄漏时,就必须经过修复再继续使用。多年的实践,说明采用氧─乙炔火焰丝材喷涂技术加表面刷环氧呋喃树脂进行表面封孔处理,效果很好。 我们在修复高压水冷器时,按以下几步进行。 1.喷涂前高压管表面预处理 表面预处理是为了提高涂层与基体的结合强度,处理方法一般有清洗、除油及粗化处理。我们对高压管表面进行喷砂处理,这种方法既能清除表面泥垢及锈蚀,又能达到表面粗化的目的。在喷涂前为缩小基体表面与涂层间的温度差,还要对基体表面进行预热,预热温度控制在250℃左右。

Our high-pressure pipe surface blasting, this method can remove the surface dirt and rust, but also to achieve the purpose of surface roughness. Before spraying to reduce the temperature difference between the substrate surface and the coating, but also to preheat the substrate surface, preheat temperature control at about 250 ℃.
