随着社会经济的发展,电力资源逐渐成为人们的生活保障,电力企业的发展也开始受到社会的关注。用电量需求程度的提高,使得电力市场面临更加激烈的竞争。在这种环境下,对于电力大客户的业扩工程成为电力企业发展的重要方向。本文通过对近几年电力企业发展方向的研究,分析了基于项目管理的电力大客户业扩工程中所面临的问题,并提出相应的解决方案,以期能为电力企业的发展提供参考。
With the social and economic development, power resources have gradually become the people’s livelihood guarantee, and the development of power enterprises has also begun to receive public attention. Electricity demand increased, making the power market is facing more intense competition. Under such circumstances, the industry expansion project for big power customers has become an important direction for the development of power enterprises. Based on the research on the development direction of electric power enterprises in recent years, this paper analyzes the problems faced by large-scale electric power customers based on project management and proposes corresponding solutions in order to provide a reference for the development of electric power enterprises.
