目的:探讨边疆地区基层人民法院在民事诉讼过程中书记员如何做好庭审笔录及开庭前的各项准备工作。方法:提出边疆地区基层人民法院书记员在民事诉讼过程对容易出现的问题影响庭审工作准确率及效率,设立5个方面的措施和对策。结果:通过采取相应的对策和措施,能有效地控制基层人民法院案件审理中拖拉缓慢及错误发生,极大提高审判的准确率和效率。结论:基层人民法院完全可以通过建立健全工作制度、优化审判资源人员配置,为当事人提供更加公平、公正、公开的服务平台。
Objective: To explore how the grassroots people’s courts in frontier areas handle the preparatory work for the court records and court proceedings in the course of civil procedure. Methods: Put forward that the clerks of grassroots people ’s courts in the frontier areas should influence the accuracy and efficiency of the court trial in the process of civil procedure on the problems that are easy to arise, and set up 5 measures and countermeasures. Results: By adopting appropriate countermeasures and measures, it is possible to effectively control the procrastination and errors in trial of the people’s courts at the grassroots level, thus greatly improving the accuracy and efficiency of the trial. Conclusion: The grassroots people’s courts can provide the parties with a more fair, just and open service platform through the establishment and improvement of the working system, optimizing the allocation of resources for trial resources.
