推进供给侧结构性改革,是中央从适应经济新常态,实现发展方式转变提出的新要求,更是增强综合国力、跨越中等收入陷阱的新举措。一段时间,我省经济发展面临了投资拉动效应递减、实体经济盈利下降等问题。要解决这些问题,必须准确把握中央供给侧结构性改革的基本要求,结合我省实际,深入推进发展方式转变和体制机制改革,不断提高供给质量和效率。一、准确把握供给侧改革的根本,提高优质产品的供给能力。推进供给侧结构性改革,其根本目的是提高供给质量,更好地满足人民群众日益增长的物质文化生活需要。
Promoting supply-side structural reform is a new requirement put forth by the Central Government in adapting itself to the new normal economic conditions and transforming the mode of development. It is also a new move that strengthens the overall national strength and spans the middle-income trap. For a period of time, our province’s economic development is facing the problems of diminishing returns on investment and declining real economy profits. To solve these problems, we must accurately grasp the basic requirements of the structural reform of the supply side of the Central Government, deepen the reform of the mode of development and reform of the institutional mechanisms in line with the reality of our province, and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of supply. First, accurately grasp the fundamentals of supply-side reform and improve the supply of quality products. The fundamental purpose of promoting supply-side structural reforms is to improve the quality of supply and better meet the people’s growing material and cultural needs.
