肺结核和肺癌都是危害劳动人民健康的常见病。有时两者容易鉴别,但也有的由于诊断困难而贻误治疗时机,为病人带来重大损失。目前我国不少地区已把防痨网和防痨工作结合起来,广泛开展防癌宣传和防癌普查,发现一些早期病例,获得早期治疗的机会。但是肺癌在许多方面易与肺结核混淆。现将我们在临床工作中遇到易与造成误诊的几种临床类型汇报如下,以便从中吸取教训,对早期肺癌提高警惕。 Tuberculosis and lung cancer are common diseases that endanger the health of working people.
